Rates:
Minimum stay 3 days. A one time
fee for cleaning the apartment at the end of your stay, not
included in the rates: 30 euros.

Special
Rates: If you are coming for a longer stay, we can offer
you special rates (moe than 7 days, 15 days, or 1 month). Please
contact us for more information.
Low
Season: January, 1st to 15th February and from 1st to 20th
December.
Normal Season: Rest of the year, except fairs and congresses.
High Season: July and August. New year's eve, Christmas,
Easter, Purisima holidays (3 to 10th December), and other important
celebrations, fairs and congresses periods. During those periods,
the minimum stay is for 7 nights, and a 100% payment is required
to confirm the booking.
Deposit:
The owner asks for a deposit of 150 euros
as a guarantee for the flat. This amount will be returned at
the end of your stay if no damage has ocurred.
