We also include the conditions to confirm the booking. The answering message 's subject (asunto or subject) will bear your name next to a reference number. Please, on the next messages keep the same references, so we can easily find your personal file.

If you´re interested, let us know you accept our proposal. We will need your credit card number (as well as expiry date). Normally, the card is not used to pay any deposit, but is only a guarantee of the booking. Some hostels will charge the cost of the first night a few days before your arrival in Madrid. For highly requested dates, the whole amount may be charged in advance. Anyway, in our message we´ll tell you the exact procedure.

If you wish, you can also directly communicate it to the hotel.

If you think that our proposal doesn´t adjust to your wishes, send us a mail telling your preferences so we can offer you a more adequate place to stay.

Once we get your approval, we make the booking for you and will send you a confirmation by e-mail, together with all the necessary information about the hotel.

Once you´re back to your city or country, we´d be grateful if you visit in our web site the places where you´ve been (restaurants, bars, hotels, shops, clubs...) and give us your comments or recommendations and vote for the preferred places you´ve visited. Other Internet users and visitors of the city will appreciate your experience.
