Ottima posizione centralissima, vicinissima metro e fermata autobus turistico con cui puoi visitare qualsiasi punto della città. Stanza per famiglia per 4 persone con un letto matrimoniale e 2 a castello. Arredamento moderno ed essenziale, bagno con grande doccia e phon normale. Unica pecca manca un cestino in camera e la moquettes non è proprio pulitissima! Si può fare colazione comprando dei croissants o della fresca frutta nella bottega di fronte all'hotel o meglio ancora nella catena "vitamina" dove c'è un ottimo buffet o un frullato freschissimo. Consiglio l'hotel vivamente perchè in italia purtroppo non trovi un 3 stelle così carino e ad un giusto prezzo. Lo consiglio fidatevi, ci ritornerei volentieri.

Es un hotel supercentrico, con buen servicio, la unica pega, fue en una de las habitaciones, ya que dormi en dos diferentes y que estaba situada en el pasillo, al lado del acceso de la planta y donde se oia mucho a la gente que pasaba. En principio volveria a este hotel sin ningun problema

Very good central location. The rooms were fairly small but clean and tidy.
Staff were helpful. They booked us a taxi to the airport and helped us with directions etc.
couldn't really fault the place. It was good value for the amount we paid.

The price of the room was great,. But, there were four of us staying in the room, so I was a bit worried before we got to the hotel, that there wouldn't be enough room for us and our luggage. But I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The room and most importantly for me - the bathroom were very clean. The location was great also, walking distance to a lot of sights and close to the metro. The staff was very helpful with wake up calls and arranging for a taxi to pick us up at 4 am four our flight to venice. The entire group was happy with the room, the biggest issue anyone had was the bathroom door. It's frosted glass, but not all the way up to the top, plus the shower is glass also, so if you stand up you can see who ever's inside and ALL their business :) All in all it was nice and we would all stay again.

Repetiremos. La estancia fue fantástica. El personal fue super atento y la habitación muy limpia. El precio está muy bien y como está en pleno centro no tienes que ir gastandote dinero en taxis. Qué más se puede pedir por un hotel de 3 estrellas en pleno centro de Madrid con Wifi y caja fuerte gratis!! Lo recomiendo.

El Hotel está muy bien, la situación muy buena si quieres tener una zona céntrica y al mismo tiempo tranquila.
Dispone de un ordenador portátil con acceso a Internet en cada habitación.
El personal muy amable!
La verdad es que hemos estado muy bien,lo reservamos porque íbamos con nuestro perro, volveremos.

Pequeño, habitaciones limpias, muy buena conexión a internet, buena ubicación en el centro Madrid está cerca de Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor y otros. No hay aparcamiento!

A localização do hotel é excelente, no centro de Madri, mas em um a rua tranqüila. Você são apenas alguns minutos a pé do topo ruas.

Stayed in a family room and it was perfect for our needs. The hotel is quiet, not smoky and close to a Metro stop. Try to get the duplex room if you are traveling with kids. The staff isn't too friendly or helpful but the rooms were clean, the internet free and a good night's sleep is easy. On the other hand, the area is not in the tourist area so you can't walk out and be in the middle of things.
